Projection note: source datasets use different coordinate reference systems (e.g. NAD83(2011) UTM Zone 10N, WGS 84 UTM Zone 10N, and Washington State Plane North in feet). All layers are reprojected to Web Mercator for display here; minor sub-pixel misalignment between layers or against other GIS tools (e.g. ArcGIS viewing a source file in its native projection) is expected and not a data error.
